Griswold Home Care for Westminster, Broomfield, and Boulder is a trusted home care provider dedicated to helping individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Our skilled caregivers and CNAs are essential to delivering high quality, personalized care, and we are committed to supporting them with strong pay, flexibility, and appreciation.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands on personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Aid clients with mobility using Hoyer lifts and sit to stand equipment
• Support safe transfers and positioning
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping related to client care
• Engage clients in meaningful activities and provide companionship
• Follow individualized care plans and communicate clearly with office staff

Requirements

• Prior professional caregiving experience required
• Experience using Hoyer lifts and sit to stand devices
• TB test and flu shot strongly preferred
• Open or wide availability (overnights and long shifts needed)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Must be at least 18 years of age
