About the role
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate caregiver for swing and overnight shifts. This is a non-medical caregiving position focused on providing companionship, personal assistance, and support with daily routines while promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life. Our caregivers are dedicated to creating a calm, engaging, and well-cared-for environment where clients feel respected, heard, and genuinely valued.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with seniors
- Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication management
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences
- Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
Requirements
- Previous experience in caregiving preferred but not required
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Reliable transportation & valid driver's license
- Proof of auto insurance with your name listed as a driver and a clean driving record
- Ability to clear background check and drug screening
- Dependability and integrity

Pay
- Start at $19–$21 per hour based on Hands-on Skill and Dementia Competence assessments
- Extra $1.50 per hour ($20.50–$22.50) within first 6 months when participating in Specialized Certifications Education Program
- Raises for longevity, Dementia Competence, and Caregiver Lead positions
- Earn up to $25 per hour
- Weekly pay with direct deposit available
