Experienced Caregiver | Kenyon, MN

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safety needs
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide medication reminders
• Complete accurate care documentation
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Follow each client's individualized care plan

Requirements

• Current Minnesota CNA certification or previous CNA certification with related caregiving experience
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle of your own
• Current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS Background Study
• Ability to work morning and/or evening shifts
• Availability for an every-other-weekend rotation
• Dependable and professional communication

CNA, PCA, HHA, assisted living, group home, or other professional caregiving experience is a plus. Personal experience caring for a family member alone does not qualify as professional caregiving experience for this position.

Pay

$18.00–$21.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
