Availability Requirements

  • Available 7am - 7pm (you won't always work 12 hours — but you must be available within this window)
  • Every other weekend availability required
  • Willingness to pick up shifts based on client needs

Please note: This position is not a fit for caregivers with limited or restricted availability. Caregivers with open schedules receive the most consistent hours and client assignments.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
  • Meal preparation and feeding assistance
  • Companionship and emotional support
  • Mobility assistance and fall prevention
  • Medication reminders
  • Light housekeeping related to client care
  • Transportation as needed

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • $12.00$14.00 per hour
  • Loyalty bonuses at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 year of handson caregiving experience (inhome care, assisted living, or similar)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
  • Must pass background check and drug screen
  • Comfortable working with pets in the home
  • Professional, dependable, and compassionate

THIS ROLE IS NOT A FIT IF YOU...

  • Are looking for parttime or only a few days a week
  • Have limited availability or can't work weekends
  • Don't have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Have no prior caregiving experience
