About the role
Join Cheer Home Care and help bring joy to the lives of our clients through compassionate non-medical home care services.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and personal care services including bathing, toileting, personal hygiene assistance, and light meal prep
- Transport clients for medical appointments
- Offer dementia care, Alzheimer's care, Parkinson's care, and hospice care
- Perform light housekeeping and organization tasks
Requirements
- Able to assist with activities of daily living and dementia care
- Capable of providing mobility assistance, transfers, and physical support (up to 100-150 lbs)
- Show strong organizational and communication skills
- Certifications preferred but not required: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED
- Have reliable transportation to drive clients in their vehicle (mileage reimbursement included)
