Experienced Caregiver

About the role

We are seeking compassionate, certified, and experienced Caregiver Angels. For those without certification, we offer Homecare Aide Certification Training.

Responsibilities

• Work 1-on-1 with clients in their home
• Ensure clients are safe, comfortable, and independent
• Assist with errands, light housekeeping, medication reminders, meal planning/cooking, personal care, and companionship
• Work various shifts including short, long, overnight, and live-ins
• Flexible scheduling to suit your availability and preferred locations
• Provide companionship, light hands-on assistance, heavy hands-on bed-bound personal care, and end-of-life hospice care with nurse delegation

Requirements

• Certified Homecare Aide (HCA) or willing to pursue certification through us
• Experience in caregiving or related field
• Valid Driver's License (if applicable)
• Passing background check and drug screening

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations

Pay

• $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule

• Short, Long, Overnight, Live-in shifts available

Location

• Multiple Locations throughout King County

Hours Per Week

• Full Time: 32 hours or more, eligible for all benefits
• Part Time: Less than 32 hours on average

Client Ratio

• 1:1 Caregiver to Client ratio
