Experienced Caregiver: 10 and 12-Hour Day Shifts

About the role

Home Care Assistance of Greater Burlington is seeking Senior Caregivers to cover 10 and 12-Hour Day Shifts in Chittenden, VT.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect personal care to clients in the home setting
• Establish and maintain effective communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Perform duties as assigned on the personal care service plan
• Help keep the client's environment clean and organized
• Remind the client to take self-administered medications

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Home Health Aide, CNA, Personal Care Aide/Assistant, or similar positions is preferred

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for those working 12-hour shifts)
