Our Automotive Technicians are highly skilled professionals who diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of automotive systems. We are seeking experienced, motivated technicians who take pride in delivering quality work and want to maximize their earning potential.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Pay: $30 to $50 per hour flat rate, depending on experience.
• Earning Potential: $120,000 to $210,000+ annually for experienced technicians based on productivity, certifications, and performance.
• Sign‑On Bonus: Competitive sign‑on bonus offered for qualified, experienced technicians.
• Relocation Assistance: Available for qualified candidates moving to the Vancouver, WA area.
• Generous Paid Time Off (PTO): New full‑time employees accrue 4 hours per pay period (≈96 hours in the first year) with increases over time.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive repair experience required.
• Stellantis Certified Technician strongly preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
