Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer and dealership standards.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, electrical systems, and HVAC systems.
- Test-drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic equipment to accurately identify issues.
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding repair needs and timelines.
- Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
- Successfully complete all assigned Ford and Toyota brand training and career development programs.
Qualifications
- 3–5 Years of Automotive Technician Experience Preferred
- Ford, Toyota, or Previous Dealership Experience Preferred
- ASE Certifications Preferred (Not Required)
- NC State Inspection License Preferred
- Strong Diagnostic and Repair Skills
- Ability to Work Effectively in a Team Environment
- Clean and Valid Driver's License
- Willingness to Submit to a Background Check and Drug Screen
- Excellent Attendance and Punctuality
- Strong Work Ethic and Desire for Continuous Learning
