About the role

Westbrook Toyota is looking for Experienced Master Certified Technicians to join our team. Work in a clean, safe, and temperature-controlled shop with state-of-the-art equipment and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
  • Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of any additional service needs.
  • Provide estimates of time needed for additional repairs.
  • Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Service Technician experience required.
  • ASE Certification or A level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service and basic computer skills.
  • Positive, friendly attitude with a customer service mentality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Able to learn new technology, repair and service procedures, and specifications.
  • Experience operating electronic diagnostic equipment.
