Experienced Automotive Service Technician

About the role

Roseville Toyota is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join their high-performing service team.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide variety of vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair engine, electrical, suspension, steering, brake, HVAC, and drivetrain systems.
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Accurately document repair orders and communicate findings with service advisors.
• Follow manufacturer procedures and dealership safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an automotive line technician.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience in a dealership environment is preferred.
• ASE Certifications are a huge plus.
• Toyota certifications are a major advantage and highly valued.
• Ability to consistently produce quality work in a flat-rate environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Skills

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in a dealership environment.
• ASE Certifications.
• Toyota certifications.
• Ability to maintain high-quality standards.

Pay

The Flat Rate Range for this position is $35.00 – $50.00 per hour.

Schedule

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity.
