In this role, you will serve as a vital link between guests and shop technicians, building strong relationships and delivering an exceptional service experience. Work Requirements
- Experience: Previous automotive service advisor experience is preferred.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required.
- Computer Skills: Computer proficiency with the ability to learn dealership software quickly.
- Ability to commute to Sallisaw, OK.
Responsibilities
- Customer Hospitality: Greet customers professionally and create an outstanding service experience.
- Concern Documentation: Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs on repair orders.
- Estimate Preparation: Prepare repair estimates and recommend necessary maintenance and repairs.
- Workflow Coordination: Coordinate communication between customers and technicians, monitoring repair progress and keeping guests informed throughout the process.
- Appointment Management: Schedule service appointments and help maintain an efficient shop workflow.
- Relationship Building: Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty.
- Performance Achievement: Consistently achieve high customer satisfaction while meeting dealership performance goals.
