Position Summary
This is a great opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced, supportive environment. As a Service Advisor, you will be the liaison between our customers and the service department. Your role will be to ensure every customer has a seamless and professional experience, from scheduling service to the completion of work. We're looking for someone who is results-driven and focused on delivering high CSI scores through exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Understand customer concerns and accurately document service requests
- Communicate with technicians and relay findings and recommendations to customers
- Provide accurate estimates and timelines for repairs and maintenance
- Promote additional services based on vehicle needs
- Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on service satisfaction
- Help maintain and improve high CSI scores
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or similar role (GM experience is preferred, but not required)
- Proven ability to maintain high customer satisfaction ratings (CSI)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
- AutoMate and XTime software experience a plus
- Valid driver’s license
