About the role

TOM BOLAND FORD SELECT is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to serve customers across three locations, offering a wide range of Cars, Trucks, SUVs, and RVs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage leads and follow-ups independently
  • Sell from multiple locations and across multiple vehicle types
  • Generate new business through prospecting
  • Work with a diverse and high-demand inventory
  • Build relationships and provide excellent customer service
  • Close sales effectively

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of vehicle sales experience
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Comfortable with networking and community involvement
  • Excellent communication and closing skills
