Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant

Job Responsibilities

• Aiding customers in selecting a vehicle that meets their needs.
• Maintaining strong relationships with customers through timely follow-up.
• Explaining product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
• Determining each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Delivering vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand the vehicle's features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Introducing customers to service department personnel to highlight the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance.
• Keeping abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, and how they benefit customers.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of Automotive Sales Experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Bi-lingual proficiency is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic in a team environment.
• Prior proven customer-service or retail sales experience.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.
