Responsibilities

  • Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval process by maintaining a strong relationship with prime and subprime lenders
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with Auto Manufacturers
  • Be proficient with inventory management
  • Determine the customer's need for finance and payment options
  • Motivate, train, and adhere to high ethical standards, while maintaining gross profit and customer service index (CSI)
  • Achieve monthly forecasted income and penetration levels
  • Work with service department to keep all pre-owned inventory marketable
  • Follow up on sales leads by effectively working with sales consultants and assisting the sales team in closing deals

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of achieving goals
  • Strong attention to details and the ability to work in a process driven environment
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to manage and lead people
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record

Experience

  • Hi-Line Sales Management: 2 years (Required)
