Job Overview

At The H+H Automotive Group's Omaha Reconditioning Center (ORC), we're looking for motivated Automotive Detailers who take pride in making vehicles look their absolute best. As a Detail Technician, you'll be a key contributor to the quality and presentation of thousands of vehicles, helping us exceed Customer expectations and maintain industry-leading standards. Key Responsibilities

• Washing, waxing, and buffing vehicles to a pristine finish
• Thorough interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles
• Ensuring all vehicles meet cosmetic quality standards

Schedule

Full-time: Monday-Friday 8-hour shift, flexible hours between 7 am – 6 pm.

Qualifications

• Driving Skills: A clean driving record and the ability to confidently operate automatic, electric, hybrid, and manual vehicles is preferred
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform tasks such as bending, pushing, climbing, twisting, reaching, kneeling, and crouching; walk briskly up to 500 yards frequently during a shift; lift and carry 50-100 lbs. throughout the day
• Work Ethic: High energy partnered with a positive and friendly attitude
• Growth Mindset: Eagerness to learn and advance within the company

Pay

Detail Technicians are paid $17.50 / flag-hour based on number of hours flagged with additional production and quality-based bonus opportunities. Estimated annual earnings range from $36,000 – $60,000+.
