Experienced Automatic Screen Print Operator

Responsibilities

  • Operates printing equipment to quickly and efficiently fulfill orders and meet deadlines
  • Maintains print quality throughout the process to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of each job; escalates complex print issues to Senior Print Operator or Management
  • Performs routine upkeep and maintenance on all equipment and notifies Senior Print Operator or Management of any necessary issues or repairs needed
  • Reviews film, coats, and burns screens
  • Setup of each order including mixing inks / Pantone color matching
  • Maintain and update production logs
  • Clean up and reset equipment after each order
  • Train other team members as needed

Requirements

  • Experience running M&R automatic presses required with an advanced understanding of printing systems strongly preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced production environment
  • Able to work overtime as needed
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills

Physical Requirements

  • Regularly required to stand, walk, and talk or hear
  • Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
  • Occasionally required to climb or balance
  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Prolonged periods of standing and operating machinery
