About the role

The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is a third-generation, family-owned automotive group representing 24 dealerships, 14 collision centers, and 18 brands across the Delmarva Peninsula. Responsibilities

• Detect and diagnose mechanical and electrical vehicle issues using diagnostic equipment.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and parts teams during the repair process.
• Complete repair orders and vehicle safety inspections accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of automotive technician experience.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• ASE or Master Certifications preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• A High School Diploma or GED.
