Experienced Auto Mechanic / Automotive Technician

About the role

Atlantic Coast Enterprises is seeking experienced Auto Mechanics / Automotive Technicians in the Pembroke Pines, FL area. Full-time positions are available with a 5-day work week. The ideal candidate should be AATI or ASE certified, have brake work experience, and possess their own tools.

Responsibilities

- Properly maintain and repair vehicles - Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues - Provide regular maintenance services - Explain options and make agreed-upon repairs - Maintain a reputation for fast, friendly service

Requirements

- At least 18 years old - Current AATI or ASE certifications - Valid driver’s license - Own tools

Qualifications

- Honest and reliable - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Service-oriented and attentive to detail - Enjoy troubleshooting - Can explain technical information in layman's terms

Pay

Competitive hourly rate ranging between $18/hr. and $24/hr., plus technician commissions earned and paid out every 2 weeks, which can lead to annual compensation above $100,000. One-time bonuses of $500 each are also awarded for certifications earned while a member of the company.
