Experienced Auto Body Collision Technician

G & C Auto Body is a family‑owned collision repair company operating 66 locations across Northern California and Nevada. Responsibilities

• Restore vehicles to pre‑accident condition
• Perform tear down and reassembly
• Conduct welding operations
• Replace panels
• Grind, sand, and fill repair panels
• Work on vehicle framework
• Carry out additional duties as assigned to ensure efficient, quality repairs

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a collision repair organization
• Ability to read and interpret written repair orders
• Attention to detail and pride in work

Skills

• I‑CAR certifications are a plus (not required for all positions)

Pay

$80,000 – $150,000 expected annually (equivalent to $30–$36 per hour) plus eligibility for variable production‑based bonuses expected to range from $2,400 to $4,500 per month.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 5:30 pm with a 30‑minute lunch.
