Responsibilities
- Restore vehicle back to pre‑accident condition
- Perform tear down and reassembly
- Perform welding
- Replace panels
- Grind, sand and fill repair panels
- Work on framework
- Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure an efficient and quality repair
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a collision repair organization
- Ability to read and interpret written repair orders
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- I‑CAR certifications are a plus but not required for all positions

Pay
Expected annual salary: $80,000 – $150,000 (equivalent to $30–$36 per hour) plus eligibility for variable production‑based bonuses expected to range from $2,400 to $4,500 per month.
Schedule
Work schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 5:30 pm with a 30‑minute lunch break.
