Responsibilities
- Restore vehicle back to pre‑accident condition
- Includes tear down and reassembly
- Welding
- Replacing panels
- Grind, sand and fill repair panels
- Framework
- Additional duties as assigned to ensure an efficient and quality repair
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a collision repair organization
- I‑CAR certifications a plus (but not required for all positions)
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to read and interpret written repair orders

Pay
$80,000 - $150,000 expected annually (30 to 36 per hour plus eligibility for variable production-based bonuses expected to range from 2400 to 4500 per month)
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 5:30pm with a 30 minute lunch
