Experienced Aesthetic Injector

About the role

We are seeking a talented Aesthetic Injector who specializes in Botox, filler, and other aesthetic services to work under the guidance of a collaborating physician. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care with an emphasis on safety and results in a supportive, high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth patient consultations, including medical history, risk/benefit explanations, and obtaining signed consents.
• Administer high-quality cosmetic injections (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic modalities) to ensure patient satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient needs, preferences, and services in medical files.
• Commit to continuing education and training as needed or requested.
• Stay updated with the latest industry developments and new techniques or procedures.
• Maintain professionalism in interactions with clients, pharmaceutical reps, and staff.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and administrative staff to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Abide by all state laws and regulations regarding sanitation, protocols, and safety.
• Practice patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and company policy.
• Conduct treatment room inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and manage inventory.

Requirements

• Licensure in Idaho.
• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience administering cosmetic injectables (neuromodulators, HA fillers, biostimulators, etc.).
• Existing customer base preferred.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.

Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–5:00 PM; subject to change based on client demand.
