Experienced ABA Therapist - Registered Behavior Tech (RBT /SO)
Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or Paraprofessionals with at least 1 year of experience working with children with Autism to join our award-winning Cole Health team. Our mission is to provide exceptional care and support to our patients while fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
About the Role

You will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and staff to implement behavior support plans, teach functional language skills, developmental milestones, self-help skills, self-advocacy skills, and social skills. You will also learn to collect and summarize data as per the individualized treatment plan.
Responsibilities
- Energetically support our kids with Autism by implementing behavior support plans.
- Collaborate with the team and grow with constructive feedback.
- Receive direct support and clinical supervision from our BCBA and staff.
- Collect and summarize data as specified by the individualized treatment plan.
- Ensure daily attendance as we serve our kids in their early intervention programs.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience working with children with Autism.
- Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Life Skills Assistant, Childcare Provider, Nanny, Babysitter, Preschool/Infant Teacher, Montessori Guide, Tutor, Substitute Teacher, Mental Health/Autism Advocate, Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), Behavioral Health Technician, Camp Counselor, Childcare Volunteer, Sunday School Teacher, Teaching, Special Education, Sociology, Human Development, Early Childhood Development, or Psychology degree preferred.
Qualifications
- Competency level determined by an RBT Competency Exam.
- Competency levels range from Level 1 to Level 6, each with additional responsibilities and pay.
