Experienced A&P Mechanic (Weekend Days) -Tampa, FL

About the role

We are hiring immediately for a full time A&P or AMT mechanic. This role is critical to our mission, so we are offering up to a $15,000 Sign On Bonus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections, maintenance, and repairs on Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft models.
• Performs a variety of mechanical duties involving diagnosis of malfunctions and required disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly, or adjustment of various aircraft systems to prepare aircraft for flight and delivery to customer.
• Performs turbine engine troubleshooting, inspection, repair and engine run-ups.

Requirements

• High school education or GED required.
• A&P License, or partial license with the ability to obtain full license within 6 months.
• Experience as an A & P Mechanic or mechanical repair of vehicles OR AMT (Aircraft Maintenance Technician) with varied jet, turboprop, piston, modification, aircraft/flight maintenance.

• This role is eligible for up to a $15,000 (pre-tax) sign-on bonus based on level of experience.
