Experience Manager

About the Role

LIVunLtd is seeking qualified Fitness Club Managers, titled as Experience Managers, to join our growing team. The Experience Manager ensures smooth and efficient operational procedures within all areas of the amenity space, enabling LIVunLtd to provide the highest level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Operations + Facility Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including approving timecards, tracking inventory, ensuring safety compliance, and preparing reports.
  • Maintain communication with residents, building management, and ownership.
  • Assist in staff interviews, onboarding, and training.
  • Adhere to LIVunLtd policies and procedures.
• Fitness + Group Fitness Programs:
  • Create and distribute monthly calendars of classes and activities.
  • Collaborate with the Fitness Director to schedule group fitness classes.
  • Collect and report class attendance data.
  • Promote and book personal training, private instruction, and spa services.
• Amenity Activation + Events:
  • Coordinate and supervise events, including catering, decor, and staffing.
  • Manage event budgets, receipts, and recaps.
  • Handle reservations and rentals for private use of amenity spaces.
• Pool Operations (location dependent):
  • Monitor pool maintenance, lifeguard performance, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Concierge Services (location dependent):
  • Coordinate concierge requests and promote off-site programs.
  • Welcome residents and introduce them to concierge services.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, with multilingual ability as an asset.
• Knowledge of New York City attractions, nightlife, and restaurants.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Proficiency with G Suite.

Pay

The Experience Manager position pays between $70,000 - $75,000 per annum, dependent on location.
