About the role
Air Fresh Marketing is hiring an Experience Manager to lead workplace experiences and tenant engagement for a premier Class A office property in downtown Denver. You'll be the on-site force behind events, community-building, and everything that makes people actually want to come to work.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute tenant engagement events — wellness, networking, holiday celebrations, and more
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for tenants and property management
- Cook up and coordinate vendors, staffing, proposals, and event reporting
- Manage part-time brand ambassadors and event staff
- Track KPIs and improve programming based on feedback
Requirements
- 3–5 years in hospitality, events, experiential marketing, or workplace experience
- Proven event planning and execution track record
- Strong team and vendor management skills
- Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Slack, project management tools)
- Self-starter, fast-paced environment, passionate about community
Compensation
$80,000 – $90,000 annually, DOE
