Experience Associate Manager
About the role
As an Experience Associate Manager, you will work in T-Mobile's newest retail format, designed to enhance the service and sales experience in retail. This role involves supporting Senior Mobile Experts in using new systems and tools to solve customer needs, and promoting new products and a product roadmap tailored for these locations.
Responsibilities
- Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
- Resolves customer pain points in one interaction utilizing in-store systems and digital tools.
- Covers all aspects of customer service, including coaching in all directions and providing actionable feedback.
- Takes ownership of store performance and leads by example in training completion and staying updated on product and service knowledge.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED.
- 12+ months of Neighborhood Retail Associate Manager experience (preferred).
- 12+ months of Associate Coach experience (preferred).

Pay
