Experience Associate

About the role

The American Girl Washington, DC retail store (Tysons Corner) is seeking a dynamic individual as an Experience associate.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, and exceptional sales assistance within a customer-oriented environment.
• Must have sales experience in the specialty retail or service industry, preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required; some experience using a POS System is preferable.
• Experience working around children is preferred.
• Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, nights, and weekends.
• Engage with customers in the doll hair braiding salon experience.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

• Customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills, especially with POS systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
