Responsibilities

• Work with internal customers to coordinate and drive deliveries to meet production schedules.
• Show a strong understanding of production schedules and production processes/sequences.
• Able to identify and communicate delays affecting delivery schedules or production.
• Arrange disposition of jobs to meet production schedules.
• Compile and review production schedules, reports, and status/location to manage jobs in various stages of work-in-progress (WIP).
• Demonstrate understanding to customers through both verbal and written explanations, using detailed drawings and customer-supplied specifications.
• Collaborate with senior management to gather and compile day-to-day job-specific information using detailed drawings, customer-supplied specifications, and customer interactions.
• Report any issues on equipment, tooling, resources, or anything affecting production flow.
• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years related experience, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• At least a year of purchasing or planning experience.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with manufacturing processes are also beneficial.
