Responsibilities

  • Review the daily production schedule and prepare for scheduled production runs
  • Verify that the correct film, cartons, labels, and other materials are available for each production run
  • Stage components in the appropriate production areas before production begins
  • Replenish supplies and components needed for upcoming production runs
  • Wrap finished pallets and create Finished Goods identification labels
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, turret trucks, stand-up lifts, riders, and other material handling equipment
  • Return unused components to their designated storage locations after production
  • Reconcile physical inventory with electronic inventory following each production run
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Perform other warehouse and production support duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Ability to learn and use computer systems
  • Basic computer navigation skills
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating as part of a team
  • Willingness to follow direction and adapt to changing production priorities
  • Ability to work effectively with production, warehouse, and administrative teams
  • Six months to one year of warehouse, manufacturing, or related experience preferred
  • An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will also be considered
