Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track all pre-delivery supplier document submittals in accordance with project schedules and contract requirements.
- Expedite new, missing, revised, or returned supplier documentation from vendors and engineering teams.
- Conduct routine analysis of supplier documentation performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in weekly engineering and project expediting meetings, providing updates on document status and outstanding items.
- Lead supplier expediting calls and coordinate with project teams to resolve documentation issues.
- Monitor supplier performance and proactively identify risks that may impact project schedules.
- Escalate ongoing supplier documentation concerns to project leadership as necessary.
- Support Advanced Work Packaging efforts by ensuring deliverables are received and processed according to schedule.
- Provide detailed status updates and reporting to project stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting agendas, document meeting minutes, and perform additional expediting support functions as needed.
- Perform expediting activities related to equipment, material, and documentation delivery.
Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Windows applications.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with suppliers, project teams, and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Prior expediting experience involving supplier documentation and equipment delivery.
- Experience leading teams or coordinating cross-functional project activities.
- Working knowledge of Oracle systems.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
