About the role

The successful candidate will serve as a Site Facilitator for the Bridges After School Program at Katherine Johnson Middle School.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate after school programs for students at Katherine Johnson Middle School.
• Assist with administrative tasks as assigned.
• Support staff and students with program logistics and supervision.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Education equivalent to graduation from a two-year college, preferably in a human services field.
• Related work experience demonstrating the ability to perform the duties of the position.
• Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of educational principles and practices.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
