About the role
We are now hiring a Dental Assistant for a short term assignment in Murfreesboro, TN.
Responsibilities
- Welcomes patients
- Prepares patients for treatments or checkups ensuring comfort
- Selects and sets up instrumentation, equipment, and other dental materials as needed
- Performs instrument sterilization according to regulations
- Maintains accurate patient records
- Performs lab tasks as instructed
- Provides post-operative care instructions
- Maintains clean and stocked operatories
Requirements
- Active Tennessee dental assistant license
- Dental Assistant training/school certification
- 2 or more years of dental assisting clinical experience
- Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
- Understanding of health & safety regulations
Qualifications
- Experience with digital software
- Excellent interpersonal skills
