Dream Dental is seeking an experienced, energetic Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join their growing team in Goodlettsville, TN. They are looking for a team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working alongside a supportive, collaborative dental team.

Schedule

• Rotating schedule: Monday – Thursday
• Tuesday – Friday
• Wednesday – Saturday
• Availability for all scheduled days, including Saturdays, is required.
• Pay is weekly - Fridays.

Qualifications

• Expanded Functions Dental Assistant certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of chairside dental assisting experience.
• Current X-Ray certification.
• Strong knowledge of restorative, crown and bridge, implant, and general dentistry procedures.
• Experience with digital dentistry and dental software preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude, dependable, and patient-focused.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Education and Training:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one-year related experience and/or training or the equivalent of a combination of education and experience in the dental profession.
• Valid X-ray certificate.
• Current license EFDA (per state requirements).
• CPR & first aid certificate.

Federal Labor Standards Act (FLSA) Status

Hourly, Non-Exempt.

Reports to

Operations Manager.
