Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

Responsibilities

• Aid the dentist during various dental procedures
• Perform expanded functions such as restorations, extractions, and root canals
• Take and develop dental X-rays
• Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments
• Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care education
• Offer excellent customer service and patient care

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an EFDA in the state of Pennsylvania
• Demonstrated interest in working in a pediatric setting
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Radiology certification
• CPR certification

Pay

Starting at $34.00

Schedule

• Summer hours: Monday - Thursday 7:15-4:00pm
• Regular office hours resume: Monday - Thursday 7:45am-4:30pm
