Your day to day as a Customer Service Desk Manager- MMMP

At Mendon Meadows Market Place, every store position plays a crucial role in our ongoing success, contributing significantly to the customer experience. As a team member, you will be dedicated to providing customers with fresh, high-quality products that meet their needs and expectations. Are you a good fit for this position?

• Reliability is paramount; regular and predictable attendance is crucial to the team's success.
• Candidates should have the flexibility to work a minimum of two weekdays and one weekend day.
• While grocery and retail experience is preferred, exceptional communication skills and a highly motivated demeanor are key to fostering a positive customer experience.
• Ideal team members are collaborative and capable of working independently when required.
• Multitasking, focus, and efficiency are essential as you navigate various responsibilities throughout the day.
• Candidates must be physically prepared to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods, and they should either have the ability to reliably commute or be planning to relocate before starting employment.
