About the role
Responsible for managing the museum's digital presence and improving user engagement through strategic social media campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience interaction.
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Analyze social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Maintain a professional and active online presence across all social media channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with video editing software.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
Skills
- Proficient in social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Understanding of content marketing principles.
- Experience with event planning and coordination.
