About the role

This position involves overseeing the manufacturing processes at our Amreli plant, specifically focusing on the production of exfoliated vermiculite. Key responsibilities include maintaining strict quality controls, managing process checks, and ensuring the scalability of production lines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strict quality controls and conduct regular process checks to ensure product consistency and purity.
• Manage scalable production lines to adjust output volumes based on market demand while maintaining consistency and purity.
• Oversee the setup and operation of sorting stations to filter out unwanted particles and maintain uniform product grades.
• Develop and implement detailed usage guides for customers to assist in proper application rates and enhance results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing and quality control roles.
• Experience with exfoliated vermiculite production and handling is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot production issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Skills

• Proficiency in quality control methodologies and statistical process control (SPC).
• Knowledge of exfoliated vermiculite properties and applications.
• Ability to develop and execute production plans and schedules.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
