Job Description
We are seeking a driven and energetic Exercise Specialist to join our team of highly skilled clinicians. This position is part‑time with benefits (30‑39 hrs/week). Our clinics offer a fast‑paced, highly rewarding work environment where you can grow and learn.
Ideal Candidate
- Strives to grow and develop clinical skills.
- Eager to acquire advanced orthopedics and sports‑medicine skills through continuing‑education courses.
- Enjoys a patient‑centric model with ample face‑time with each patient.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer‑service interaction with patients, clinicians, and staff.
- CSCS, NASM, ACSM, or ISSA certification required within one year of hire.
- Experience in personal training.
- A degree in Exercise Science and a kinesiology background preferred, but not required.
- Prior medical clinic experience preferred but not required; extensive clinical training, workshops, and seminars are provided.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with patients.
Compensation
Competitive compensation: $18 – $21 per hour, depending on experience.
