Exercise Science Adjunct Lecturers

Position Summary

The School of Arts and Sciences seeks applications from potential adjunct instructors to teach Exercise Science courses in the following areas for the Fall session: Introduction to Exercise Science 9:45 AM - 11:45 AM Tu/Th Physical Fitness and Assessment 9:45 AM - 11:45 AM Tu/Th

Responsibilities

• Teaching of courses in their assigned disciplines
• Maintaining academic excellence in their classrooms
• Responding to email correspondence from deans, coordinators and students in a timely manner
• Providing grades and feedback to students in a timely fashion
• Active and timely use of Canvas, our LMS and CRM, our retention software for student learning and engagement

Qualifications

• The successful applicant must hold an earned academic degree (doctoral or master’s level) in the discipline or a related field appropriate for the contracted teaching responsibilities.
