The staff model provides the injury prevention model: Symptom Intervention (SI), job conditioning, work-site visits and other prevention services. Responsibilities
- Self‑starter able to work independently without direct supervision.
- Demonstrate exceptional ability to engage employees in all services in the industrial setting.
- Skilled communicator, motivator, and work well as part of a team.
- Natural leader, thinking outside of your comfort zone.
- Adhere to the standards of practice as outlined in the Work‑Fit/Boeing SOP.
- Focus, organize, and prioritize delivery of services.
- Desire to be an integral piece of the largest Industrial Athlete program in the country.
Qualifications
- Degree in Exercise Science or other health‑related field.
- Current certification as an exercise professional with a national organization in good standing.
- Current First Aid/CPR certification.
- Experience teaching group exercise classes to adults.
- Competency with Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel.

Pay

Schedule
Location: Auburn, WA. Shift: 4‑10 schedule, Monday‑Thursday, 4 am‑2 pm.
