Executive / Sr. Executive - Store

About the role

Ambee Pharmaceuticals Ltd, one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in Bangladesh, is seeking a professional for the Store Department at its factory location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient store operations in compliance with GMP, SOPs, and company policies.
• Supervise receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials and finished goods.
• Maintain inventory records, bin cards, ledgers, and ERP transactions accurately.
• Conduct periodic stock verification and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage conditions, FEFO/FIFO practices, and optimum space utilization.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, Procurement, and other departments for smooth material flow.
• Maintain warehouse safety, security, and housekeeping standards.
• Prepare inventory reports and support continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree.
