Responsibilities
- Day to day operations

- Execute as a member of the line staff
- Manage kitchen expenses
- Maximize profitability
- Deliver high quality product

- Follow standardized recipes
- Coach team on recipe execution
- Properly label and date products
- Rotate and hold products
- Operate various kitchen equipment safely
- Conduct safety and sanitation inspections
- Ensure consistent quality product
- Innovate cuisine to reflect industry trends
- Maintain Sea Island’s food standards
- Address member concerns
- Implement and uphold departmental standards
- Support other departments
- Aid in resolving service issues
- Grow relationships with other resort departments
Requirements
- Relevant Culinary leadership experience
- Chef De Cuisine or Executive Chef experience
- Culinary and/or Business degrees preferred
- Financial report reading and analysis skills
- Microsoft Office and QuickBooks proficiency
- Physical strength and stamina
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid Georgia Driver’s License
