About the role

The role is responsible for managing the culinary department on board.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of meals for passengers and crew.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.

  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Qualifications

  • Valid Food Handlers Permit.
  • Experience with onboard catering systems and equipment.
