Executive Services Delivery Manager

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality. The position offers the opportunity to create measurable efficiency gains and scalable operational improvements within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between the company Voyix and customers, building trust with stakeholders
• Lead collaboration across service, support, and engineering teams to enhance customer success
• Foster a culture focused on operational excellence and service quality
• Act as the voice of the customer, communicating priorities and concerns to the company Voyix
• Drive continuous service improvement initiatives using data and customer feedback
• Facilitate executive meetings and strategic planning sessions for alignment and governance
• Monitor service performance through established KPIs and manage escalations effectively

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of restaurant technology ecosystems, including POS platforms and managed services
• 5+ years in service delivery management or related customer-facing roles
• Ability to influence outcomes in matrixed organizations without direct management authority
• Proven track record managing large, complex customer relationships
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable business recommendations
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
