Executive / Senior Executive - IT (Factory)

About the role

Ensure smooth factory operation of all IT systems, including network and hardware. Oversee all technical support and troubleshooting activities related to network devices, printers, CCTV cameras, access control devices, and multimedia projectors. Monitor and maintain day-to-day IT operations, administer IT devices and infrastructure, and provide technical support to factory staff.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi systems.
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and network-related issues promptly.
• Monitor and ensure factory data security, antivirus updates, and system backups.
• Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and ensure timely repair or replacement.
• Coordinate with service providers and vendors when required.
• Prepare basic IT-related documentation and reports.
• Implement, troubleshoot, and support ERP systems.
• Oversee technical support for network printers, LaserJet printers, photocopy machines, scanners, CCTV cameras, access control devices, and multimedia projectors.
• Identify and monitor recurring requirements for computer/laptop users and implement solutions accordingly.
• Administer all IT devices and infrastructure.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering.

Skills

• IT support and technical troubleshooting.
• Computer maintenance and network operations.
• Basic IT troubleshooting and infrastructure management.
• Experience with ERP implementation and support.
