EXECUTIVE SALES ASSOCIATE
About the role
We believe buying a car should be fun. Traditionally associated with stress, pressure and long hours, we aim to create a completely different experience.
Our goal is to build a professional, fun and enjoyable environment for both employees and guests. When employees enjoy coming to work, feel respected and have fun doing what they do, guests feel it too.
We want customers to leave thinking: “That was actually fun.” Buying a vehicle is a major purchase, but it doesn’t have to be stressful.
We believe you can provide a professional, knowledgeable and exceptional experience without pressure or games, and we are building that type of environment.
We take our business seriously but don’t take ourselves too seriously — work should be a place where you can be professional, successful and have fun at the same time.
Employees should enjoy working with each other, and guests should enjoy spending time with us. Professional doesn’t have to mean boring; selling doesn’t have to mean pressure; buying a car doesn’t have to be stressful.
We are creating a different kind of automotive experience where employees enjoy coming to work and customers enjoy doing business with us.
