Responsibilities
Search Execution & Delivery Partner with Executive Recruiters and Business Leaders to deliver high-quality executive search engagements
Ensure rigorous execution, attention to detail, and a high standard of candidate experience
Market Intelligence & Talent Mapping Develop and execute research strategies to identify target companies and talent pools
Build comprehensive talent maps aligned to business priorities and leadership competencies
Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends, competitor landscapes, and executive talent movements
Candidate Identification & Engagement Execute on proactive outreach strategies to attract passive executive talent
Qualify candidates through thoughtful screening, assessing capability, motivation, and fit
Build long-term relationships with executive talent pipelines
Partner with recruiters to calibrate candidate profiles and refine search strategies
Stakeholder Partnership Collaborate closely with executive recruiters to align on search strategy and candidate profiles
Communicate insights, progress, and market feedback to inform decision-making
Contribute to search updates and executive-level candidate presentations
Data, Reporting & Insights Maintain accurate and high-quality data within recruiting systems and talent databases
Generate insights from search activity to inform future hiring and talent strategies
Support the creation of candidate profiles, market summaries, and search progress reports
Qualifications
2–5+ years of experience in executive search, recruiting, or talent sourcing from a retained search firm or financial services
Experience supporting or leading searches for senior-level or leadership roles
Demonstrated ability to operate in a highly consultative and research-driven environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Comfortable interacting with and presenting to senior stakeholders
Pay
$82,770.00 - $135,975.00
Schedule
Hybrid role - 3 days in office in the Hudson Yards, NYC or Stamford, CT office; 2 days WFH
